Your survey isn’t working. I’ve tried my desktop and my cellphone to do the survey and received an error code each time. I was prompted to do the survey today because for the second time in the last 3 weeks, my order was not filled properly. When I tried to hand the bag back to your drive-thru employee and told him the order was not filled properly, he wouldn’t take the bag back and told me to look in the bag. I pulled out the 1 salad that was in the bag and showed it to him and offered him the bag again. He refused again to look in the bag and yanked the sales receipt off of the bag and went to get my second salad which had not been included. As I always say, Chick Fil A, Ryan Park FSR (03837) is my home away from home, as I live across the street from the shopping center where there is a Chick fil A. The staff is beyond friendly; they are fun, always have a great spirit about them and aim to please. Because I go there every day, you know that I LOVE the food, especially breakfast (every morning) and lunch time, I can’t resist the full Chicken sandwich; it is so kind that Chick’s never charges senior for drinks. I should be there in about 3 hours.
