Step 2: Fill the questionnaire
Fill the questionnaire by selecting the option of your choice, click the Next button to go to the next page.
Step 3: Enter personal details
Submit your contact number or email to receive the confirmation that your survey is complete and a confirmation code.
Step 4: Check spam
Wait for the next 24 hours to receive the validation code. Check your spam emails and messages before contacting customer service if you have not received the validation code.
